Junior Business Analyst
Location: Michigan Onsite & Hybrid options
Applicable all over United States
Eligibility: US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H4 EAD only. **No visa sponsorship**.
**Role Overview**
Entry-level role supporting requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and data insights for business and development teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect and document business requirements and user stories
- Analyze data and prepare basic reports/dashboards (Excel, SQL preferred)
- Document as-is/to-be processes and suggest improvements
- Assist with testing, stakeholder communication, and project tracking
- Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- 0 2 years relevant experience (internships included)
- SQL or tools like Power BI/Tableau a plus
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred :
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Agile practices
- Interest in [your industry optional]
