Job Description
This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems on a variety of mechanical and HVAC components. You will work with multiple insulation materials and protective jacketing types, interpret technical drawings, and ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The position involves both new installations and modifications to existing systems in a field-based construction and industrial environment.

Work Environment
This is a field-based role in construction and industrial settings, where you will work on mechanical systems such as piping, ductwork, tanks, vessels, boilers, chillers, and HVAC equipment. The position requires frequent use of hand and power tools, as well as working from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding at various heights. You can expect physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds, standing, bending, and working in different weather and site conditions. Work hours may vary by project and can include overtime and travel to multiple job sites. A clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment is emphasized, with consistent adherence to safety procedures and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
