Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is seeking Nocturnist to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA. Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts.
• Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.
• Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
• Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options: 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM.
• Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.
• Have access to ongoing professional development within an established and respected multispecialty group.
• Compensation: $285-300k annually + quarterly productivity

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality inpatient care
• Ability to work flexible shifts, with occasional weekend availability strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• 2+ years of hospitalist experience strongly preferred

Pay Range
$285,000 - $310,000 /year
