We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in the planning, coordination, and execution of media projects. As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly from pre-production through post-production stages.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating production schedules and timelines
Support on-site and in-studio production activities
Prepare and organize production materials and equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
Track project progress and maintain documentation
Provide administrative support to producers and project leads
Ensure compliance with internal production standards and procedures
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

Basic understanding of production workflows is a plus
