As an Artisan Club Food & Beverage Server, you will be delivering exceptional Disney experiences for our private club Members and invited Guests. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding dining experience through extensive menu knowledge and the ability to customize and personalize experiences for Members and Guests of the Artisan Club. You will work in club restaurants (indoor and outdoor), beach service areas, and may assist with event and catering operations.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders, articulate menu options and ingredients, enter orders into a POS system accurately and efficiently, deliver food to tables at proper temperature and presentation, and follow-up with Guest service needs until the meal is complete
• Share knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and spirits with Members and their Guests
• Clear table and perform bussing duties, as well as other minor clean-up as needed
• Work with kitchen/restaurant equipment including but not limited to: coffee brewers, juice and soda fountains, soup wells, and toasters
• Demonstrate passion for food & beverage service with an ability to exude genuine hospitality for a dynamic Guest audience that consists primarily of individuals with a high degree of repeat visitation
• Complete assigned side work as necessary including but not limited to: polishing silverware, folding/rolling napkins, filling condiment caddies, and cleaning beverage side stations
• Participate in extensive in-house training on basic and advanced knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cuisine
• May be required to perform a small amount of food preparation, serve as a cocktail server or beachside server, set tables and greet guests, and assist with banquets or events
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of the side stations

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role
• 2+ years of serving experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and enthusiastic about interacting and helping Members and Guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment while maintaining Guest service standards
• Experience working with various kitchen supplies
• Knowledge of varied service styles including event execution
• Demonstrated excellent guest service and service recovery skills with the ability to own and resolve guest situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working 4/ 5 Star resort, fine dining restaurant, or private club environment
• Knowledge of wine and spirits, including proficiency in wine and food pairings, cocktail creation, and industry trends
• ServSafe certification
• Multi-lingual

Additional Information:

The pay rate for this role in California is $26.00 per hour, plus tips.
